Based in North London, they have successively created and developed the brands “Authentique” (restaurant/wine cellar), “The French Market”, and “The Tufnell Park Bakery”. However, they were looking for a new challenge and turned their attention to the United Kingdom. They contacted French Touch Commercial to assist them in their project.
Vincent Coignet used French Touch Properties twice as he was looking for houses (a returning customer is a happy customer!). He naturally sought French Touch Commercial assistance in his search for a showroom for L’Origine, a luxury parquet company.

It is difficult to ask for a long period of free rent from a landlord who needs his rent to live on.
