Finding premises for “L’Origine”

Context
Vincent Coignet used French Touch Properties twice as he was looking for houses (a returning customer is a happy customer!). He naturally sought French Touch Commercial assistance in his search for a showroom for L’Origine, a luxury parquet company.
Challenges
- Defining a marketing approach and strategic positioning for a new brand
- Identifying the best area in town for the showroom
- Finding the premises and negotiating the best terms for the lease
Our intervention
French Touch Commercial was commissioned to assist Vincent in the search for the premises. This project had a special dimension that went beyond simply finding a building. It involved working together to create a brand and its positioning.
Luxury parquet is a unique universe that attracts various types of customers such as architects, designers, builders, and high-profile clients, all of whom need to be convinced and impressed. In this regard, a showroom is more than just a store. It’s about offering an atmosphere, an experience that highlights the nobility of wood. Therefore, a specific space had to be found that could offer a unique customer experience in the pre-agreed neighbourhood. In the end, French Touch Commercial managed in 3 months’ time to find and negotiate the terms for a showroom fit for the project. Perfectly located between Fulham and Chelsea, right in the heart of the Chelsea Design Quarter, it is a dream come true!
