Context
At the height of the health crisis, Biogroup Laboratories called on French Touch Commercial to support them in their proactive policy of opening COVID test centres.

Challenges
- Need to open screening centres in a very short time, leaving no time for traditional negotiation
- Difficulty convincing landlords of the usefulness of opening a screening centre on their premises
- Need to optimize the territorial network at both local and national level

Our intervention
FTC supported Biogroup laboratories in their deployment. Intensive on and off market research enabled us to put forward to them numerous solutions for their centres. A direct approach to landlords also allowed us to find a very good place in Hampstead.
